Cult 1990s fashion designer Daryl K has listed a triplex rental in her landmarked Boerum Hill townhouse for $18,500 a month, down from its $22,500 asking price in August.

The entire 25-foot-wide red brick Italianite home at 324 State St. was also listed for sale until recently for $6.5 million, but it is no longer on the market.

Daryl Kerrigan, the Dublin-born, award-winning rock ‘n’ roll designer, got her start co-creating costumes for stars like Marisa Tomei and Joe Pesci in “My Cousin Vinny” and for the cast of Jim Jarmusch’s “Mystery Train.”

She set up her first boutique in the East Village in 1991.

All together, the townhouse, which dates to the 1870s, has six bedrooms and 3½ baths.

Part of the State Street Houses National Register Historic District, it features a brick exterior, with a metal cornice, a stoop and a garden.

The home is currently divided into a 3,000-square-foot rental triplex and a 1,000-square-foot, garden-level, floor-through owner’s unit. The modernized residence, which comes with central air, features 19th-century details like pocket doors, parquet hardwood floors, classic moldings, five decorative fireplaces with marble mantels and original stairs with mahogany handrails

The triplex includes four bedrooms, 2½ baths and a deck. Double doors open to the hall and a curving stairway. Touches include high ceilings and an eat-in kitchen. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, while the upstairs level has a full-floor main suite with an ensuite bath and space for a home office or artist studio. The garden-level owner’s suite includes French doors that open to the landscaped rear garden, which is shared.

Kerrigan’s Daryl K fashion designs are now online, with a studio and showroom in the State Street home’s basement. “My customers can visit me here to view and try on pieces from the collections in a private setting,” said Kerrigan, who spends most of her time at her home upstate on the Delaware River.

Corcoran’s Jennifer Wang and Charlie Pigott have the listing.
