A house in Lake Oswego that sold for $3.1 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Portland metro area in the past week.

In total, 484 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $585,249. The average price per square foot ended up at $321.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 27 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $1.4 million, single-family home at 2057 Riverknoll Court

The 4,304 square-foot single-family residence at 2057 Riverknoll Court in West Linn has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in November and the total purchase price was $1,415,000, $329 per square foot. The house was built in 1989. The deal was finalized on Nov. 22.

9. $1.5 million, single-family residence at 630 N.W. View Ridge Street

The property at 630 N.W. View Ridge Street in Camas has new owners. The price was $1,450,000. The house was built in 2007 and has a living area of 2,147 square feet. The price per square foot is $675. The deal was finalized on Nov. 15.
